A copy of your liability insurance policy for one million dollars, listing the festival as additional insured.
$350 for up to 10 linear feet plus $35 for each additional linear foot beyond the 10 feet minimum. PLUS $25 fee for the City of Danville business license.
Linear Footage Minimum Fee
$350 for 10 linear feet frontage (minimum.) $35.00 for every additional linear foot beyond the 10 feet minimum. (i.e. If you need 20’, it is 20 X 35.00 = $700.00 etc.)
Additional Linear Footage
$35.00 for every additional linear foot beyond the 10 feet minimum. Please add the number of additional linear feet needed.
City of Danville Business License
$25 fee for the City of Danville business license. If you already have an up-to-date license, you can leave this blank.
All applications must be received by
March 15, 2017
. You must pay all applicable fees at the time of your application.
Menus must be submitted. The committee reserves the right to delete items from a submitted menu in order to insure variety among the vendors. Preference will be given to those who use local, organic and/or Kentucky Proud products.
All menu decisions made by the committee are final, vendors who do not comply, might be asked to leave the Festival.
You will be notified of your acceptance, space assignments and set-up instructions via email on or before March 25th, 2017. If you are not accepted, we will send your payment back to you.
No roving sales or free items. Operation is confined to your assigned space.
Prices of all products MUST be posted in plain view for customers to see.
No over night vendor parking in the vendor area will be allowed. You may restock during restocking times but then must move your vehicle. Designated vendor parking is a block away with easy access. No electricity will be provided in the vendor parking area. If you need power in the parking area, you must provide your own generator.
The Festival reserves the right to serve all drinks. Vendors could sell drinks upon our approval and at our discretion. Vendors may not sell drinks of any kind (unless you are a lemonade stand).
No refunds will be given.
The applicant has read, understands, and agrees to be bound and follow the GABBF Guidelines, which are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein. Further, in consideration of the Great American Brass Band Festival allowing and permitting the undersigned applicant, his, hers, its member, his, hers its, successors and assigned; and/or his, hers, its, theirs, executors and administrators agree, covenant and guarantee that the Festival and any and all sponsors, its, their assigns, servants, employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, owners, shareholders, successors, and all other persons, associations, corporations, and/or entities, whether herein named or referred to or not, are hereby released and discharged in all ways from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and causes of action, known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, for any injuries, losses and damages of any king or nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Great American Brass Band Festival now and forevermore.
The Great American Brass Band Festival planning committee reserves the right to accept or reject applications based on menu, past performance and recommendations.
